A Consultant at Unipartner is an exciting & challenging role, as a consultant you will work on billable engagements to design, develop, and implement solutions by using standard or new methods, techniques and top IT Tech solutions. Assignments range in complexity from basic analysis and problem solving to developing recommendations for complete business solutions or technical applications.

As part of the project, you will join in digital transformation projects and conduct complex quantitative and qualitative analysis to identify and solve problems and develop innovative solutions to support continuous quality improvement.
As part of the Unipartner Team, you will have the opportunity to put into action your expertise and knowledge, whilst learning new and innovative approaches, such as the ability to build trust and to drive change with customers.
 
Don’t worry, you will not have to do this alone, you will be part of a dynamic team with multiple different levels of expertise and skills on Digital Enterprise Management.

Wir suchen intelligente Talente mit:

  • Mindestens 5 Jahre Erfahrung

​

Technische Fähigkeiten:

  • Experience in identifying, modeling and optimizing business processes;

  • Experience in public administration processes, preferably knowledge of the Functional Macrostructure/consolidated List;

  • Experience with automation/dematerialization of processes/document management tools;

  • Solid knowledge in process modeling techniques with BPMN 2.0;

  • Experience in user training and in the elaboration of materials;

  • Good communication skills with clients, autonomous in the preparation of work and management meetings;

  • Ability to analyze data and interpret results to identify opportunities for improvement.

Weiche und andere Fähigkeiten:

  • Belastbarer Teamarbeiter;

  • Gute Kommunikationsfähigkeiten;

  • Ability to prioritize and organize.

Erforderliche Sprachen:

  • Spricht fließend Portugiesisch und Englisch.
